1. What Exalator is

Exalator is a paid, informational XAU/USD (gold) charting tool. It shows a trend-break strategy's signals — entry, stop loss, and take-profit levels — on live 5-minute, 15-minute, and 1-hour charts. It is not financial advice, and it does not place trades for you. Every signal is informational only. You decide whether and how to trade, and you're solely responsible for the outcome. Trading leveraged instruments like gold carries real risk of loss, up to and including your entire account balance.

2. Accounts

You need an account to buy access. You agree to provide a real, working email address, to keep your password secure, and that you're responsible for anything that happens under your account if you share your login. You must be at least 18 years old to use Exalator.

3. Payment and access

Access is a one-time payment (currently $200, shown on the pricing page — the price shown at the time you pay is the price that applies). There's no recurring subscription. Payment is made directly via Binance Pay, not a card processor; after sending payment you upload a screenshot as proof, and our team manually reviews and approves it, usually within a few hours. Access to the charts is switched on automatically the moment it's approved.

4. Refunds

If you paid but your access request hasn't been approved yet, you can ask for a full refund at any time before approval. Once your payment is approved and chart access is granted, payments are final and non-refundable — at that point you've received full access to the product being sold. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us (see Section 9) and we'll look into it.

5. The partner (affiliate) program

Exalator runs an optional referral program, described in full on the partners page. The terms that actually govern it:

• Applying to the program doesn't guarantee acceptance — applications are manually reviewed, same as payments.
• An approved partner gets a personal referral code/link. A buyer who uses it gets 10% off the current price.
• The partner earns a flat commission (currently $80, 40% of the $200 price) for each referred buyer, but only once that buyer's payment has been reviewed and approved — a pending or rejected payment earns nothing.
• Self-referrals (using your own code on your own purchase) aren't allowed and are blocked automatically.
• Payouts are requested manually by submitting the Binance ID to send the money to, and are sent by hand after review — there's no automated transfer.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is $100. Confirmed commission has to add up to at least $100 before a payout request can be submitted; it keeps accumulating until it does.
• Exalator may reject a partner application, remove a partner, or withhold a commission at its discretion in cases of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the referral system.

6. Acceptable use

Don't submit fake or edited payment proof, don't attempt to abuse, automate against, or disrupt the service (including the login and payment-submission forms), and don't try to access another user's account or admin functions you haven't been given access to.

7. No warranty, limitation of liability

Exalator is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the chart or signals will be available at all times, free of errors, or profitable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exalator isn't liable for any trading losses, missed signals, downtime, or other damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Exalator after an update means you accept the revised terms.
